A member of a seventh-generation family of California grape growers and fourth-generation ranchers, Crawford Cooley has a deeply rooted passion for Northern California land. His appreciation for the region was sparked by his childhood days spent on ranches and farms in Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino counties. Crawford’s passion is shown through his knowledge, dedication and pride in the properties he cares for.
Supported by his land management company, Cooley Land Management, he has maintained and developed farms, ranches and ranchettes in the Northern California area for 5 years. Crawford joined Vice Properties in 2023 with the intention to put his clients’ dreams first. With a long history of farming, ranching and an agriculturally based business background, he strives to fulfill his clients’ visions and increase the longevity of their properties.
Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Farm and Ranch Management from the University of Wyoming. He lives on a family ranch in Petaluma with his wife and their two dogs and horses. In his spare time, Crawford enjoys trap shooting, riding horses and spending time on the family ranches.
