Ariana is a California native of Coastal Marin and Sonoma Counties. She grew up with horses on the last dairy lands of the southern Marin coastline, riding from Fort Cronkite to Olema and competing in Marin, Sonoma and Walnut Creek shows. She graduated from UC Davis as a zoologist and horse trainer and settled on the Sonoma-Marin border in Valley Ford to become a successful woman sheep rancher and professional equestrian. She has held many local leadership roles in our region’s agricultural community and is currently Treasurer of the Sonoma County Farm Trails Foundation.
Ariana brings to Vice Properties her ‘boots to the ground’ ranch/land knowledge and passion for farms, generational ranches, equestrian estates, rescue sanctuaries, and vacation getaways. She has developed vineyards, orchards, equestrian facilities, gardens and wildlife sanctuaries. Her ‘first hand’ knowledge of how to make a dream a reality sets her apart from most other realtors and is precisely what her clients count on.
Ariana’s extensive experience as a real estate investor herself, since 1999 shows her eye for opportunity, her financial savvy and excellent negotiating/closing skills. Her unique portfolio of experience in leadership and communication gives her an unparalleled advantage to meet her client’s needs, whether that be purchasing their first home or farm, developing a real estate investment portfolio, or letting go of a generational treasure.
“We hired Ariana to help us relocate from San Diego with our 4 horses to Sonoma County. We had no idea where to begin and with her intimate knowledge of the area and the land, she guided us to the perfect property. Had we gone with someone less experienced, we might have missed out on our dream home. Ariana knows this area like the palm of her hand, she listens to your desires and then leads the way. She is a special and a unique find in the real estate business. Beyond anything she will have your back with honesty and integrity all the way.” – Anne Adair
She is a member of the Sonoma County Farm Bureau, Sonoma County Farm Trails, Farmers Guild, Sebastopol Grange, Sonoma County Horse Council, and the American Quarter Horse Association. She has held the office of President of the Board of Directors of Sonoma County Farm Trails, Petaluma Business & Professional Women, and Valley Ford Volunteer Fire Department. She currently resides on her family farm, Casari Ranch, in the Laguna de Santa Rosa region of Sonoma County. She specializes in animal husbandry, herbal medicinal gardens, vineyard/orchard production and supports local agricultural food security.
